The building has pretty much been untouched since they days of Spartan (expect for an obvious paint job)

Luckily for the storage facility, the word "storage" has 7 letters, just like how the word "Spartan" has 7 letters, meaning that they didn't need to change the sign frame at all.

Taking a closer look at the sign, not only are the original spot lights still there, but the arrow pointing to the store is also still in place! Not to mention that the arrow is red, Spartan's signature color

The building was a local furniture store before the storage facility moved in
