This Job Lot is smaller than the Atwood Ave, store in Cranston which is also a former Benny's Home & Auto.

Walking in to this Job Lot store I immediately noticed they weren't using their own plastic bags. They were using bags from a retailer that been gone for over 10 years

Fred's went out of business in 2019. Also, there was several Fred's branded things seen at this Ocean State Job Lot.

As I previously mentioned, Ocean State Job Lot wasn't using their own plastic bags. They were using bags from a retailer that been gone for over 10 years. That retailer being Circuit City. This photo was taken 3/1/2020.

I would not be surprised if another secondhand retailer (whether it be another closeout store or thrift store) was using them before Job Lot got to them (I've seen former Goodwill carts being used by some of our Job Lot stores).
